Q: How do I join Grail Caviar Plus?

A: To gain access to the web-store you must purchase a Grail Caviar Plus membership. Register Here

Q: Are there any limits to how many items I can purchase as a member?

A: As of June 8th, members are limited to 2 orders per release and have no quantity restrictions on daily restocks. In order to be fair for all users, we require separate, one item checkouts for all orders. Failure to abide by the quantity rules will result in an immediate ban. All cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund policy in our TOS below. 

Q: Are items limited? Is it likely I purchase every drop? Do you have bot protection? 

A: Simple answer: Yes. Our item availability is how it appears on our Drop List posts (Instagram) and the Sunday Drop collection page. We do have bot protection measures in place and do run every single order under thorough conversion analysis to verify all sales were manual without automated software such as: ACO Tools, Scripts, Bypasses, and Auto Clickers. Found below is our TOS where we mention the penalties and restocking fees that will be charged if an order is voided. Relative website experience will increase your order volume over time. 

Q: How do I place an order on a Sunday Drop?

A: Video Guide Here. Drop procedures can also be viewed on our Instagram story at 11:30 AM PST on Sunday drop dates (Calendar Page). Our written guide can be found on our Instagram story 30 minutes prior to every drop.

Q: When do the drops happen?

A: Drops take place on Sunday's at 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST every week. The site becomes accessible 10 minutes before the release where you may sign in and prepare for the drop beforehand. To be updated on future releases please navigate to our Calendar Page and follow our Instagram account here

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only offer our services to the US, select US Territories, and Canada.

Terms of Conditions

This web-store is only made available to customers who are actively subscribed to Grail Caviar Plus. Memberships can be canceled at any time through the account page once logged in (our cancellation process is at the end of this document). An order may only be considered valid if the email associated with the account has an active status from completed subscription payments or has a balance of $0.00 owed for failed transaction attempts processed on behalf of the customer's billing cycle agreement if canceled. Fraudulent orders are considered to be a financial risk to our business and causes immediate cancellation of your membership. Cancelled orders that are considered voided by Grail Caviar will be subject to a 2.9% and $0.30 credit card processing fee. If you are declined on your membership renewal fee the payment processor will attempt another charge within 5-7 business days. If the final charge fails, your Access and Payments will be suspended on the website. The use of automation, scripts, or bots is strictly prohibited. Failure to oblige by the software guidelines will result in a permanent ban from the service. Failure to abide by the quantity rules will result in an immediate ban. In addition, any order completed with prohibited software will incur a 15% restocking fee as mentioned above. Refunds are not processed on the behalf of the customer's request. All sales are final and exchanges/returns are not accepted. Your membership is not considered a physical product and subscribing only guarantees access to order fulfillment, event participation, and access to the checkout page. Each individual order made with the standard domestic shipping option [UPS Ground] or [UPS International] is fully insured up to $500.00 USD of the subtotal. We are not responsible for lost goods, theft, or damage to your products on delivery. All shipment insurance claims are handled with ShipInsurance.com and both parties. Contacting support in an effort to cancel a membership on your behalf is not considered a cancelation attempt. In order to cancel subscription payments, the customer must access their account's 'Manage Membership' page which is accessible by selecting 'Account' on our website's main menu, then proceeding to login with the associated account, and then selecting 'Manage Memberships' to view all membership history with GrailCaviar.com .
